So this week we tried something new.
Gardenburger vegan BBQ Riblets. 
It's amazing how close these companies can get the texture and flavor of these veggies to taste like the real thing. These riblets tasted so much like ribs (to me at least) that I couldn't even really eat them. It made me too sad. Matt on the other hand LOVED them and is requesting them again.
This just reiterates my point that fake meat is not really for vegans, it's more for vegans to feed their families so that they don't have to deal with the guilt.
